| Seminarium 5: Wednesday 21 September 2011
Parallel Session:
Tema: The Nordic Property Market
Foreign property investors on the way back to the Swedish tiger economy?
– Analysis of the present situation and the most important trends
The quarterly reports for Swedish GNP growth broke all records during the second half of 2010. Transaction volumes in the Swedish property market in 2010 were three times as high as during last year. Prospects are also good for 2011 with positive forecasts for both growth and the transaction market at the same time as both employment and exports are increasing. However, it is primarily the Swedish institutions that have flexed their muscles in the property market and international investments have not yet got off the mark. Who has been active during 2011 and what do the forecasts suggest?
