Denmark was hit badly by the financial crisis, falling house prices in combination with heavily mortgaged households resulted in a substantial drop in consumption. Unemployment has risen from three percent in 2008 to eight percent today. However, the tide has turned and growth in Denmark is expected to be around two percent during the next two years. Total yield for the Danish commercial property market was once again on the credit side during 2010 even though the increase in value was marginal at 0.3 percent. How far has Denmark's recovery come? What is the investment climate like today? Are investors finding objects at satisfactory prices following the crisis in Denmark?
